Responsibilities
- Be a Salesforce solution designing all-star
- Work with our awesome team members to deliver world class solutions
- Master craftsman at documenting complex business processes and requirements
- Configure client Salesforce platform including structure and functionality, troubleshooting, deployment and upload of data
- Comfortable using technology to train clients in an innovate way
- Mentoring peers in skill development
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with Salesforce implementation of full project lifecycles
- Prior software development experience is a plus
- System configuration - Ability to effectively design a scalable solution to meet client business needs
- Experience scoping requirements, definition, design, and other related project and system documentation
- Previous consultancy experienced is highly valued
- Insurance industry experience is a plus
- Salesforce Certification required
- Goal-oriented with rockin’ work ethic while being self-motivated
