Qualifications:
- Possess 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM development.
- Hold a Salesforce CRM Certification to validate your expertise.
- Great written and verbal English communication
- Excel in system development, designing scalable solutions tailored to client needs.
- Proficient in scoping requirements, defining, and documenting projects and systems.
- While insurance industry experience is a plus, it is not mandatory.
- You are goal-oriented, driven by a strong work ethic, and self-motivated.
